Driftstone Consulting is leading the development of a comprehensive Master Plan for 579 acres of newly acquired land southeast of Regina, Saskatchewan, for George Gordon Developments. This transformative initiative focuses on Indigenous-led urban development, balancing community values with strategic growth opportunities. The project includes land-use structures, density planning, transportation, and servicing, positioning the client as a leader in sustainable, community-driven urban planning. The land, designated as a Collaborative Planning Area (CPA) between the RM of Sherwood and the City of Regina, requires coordinated stakeholder engagement and regulatory approval across multiple jurisdictions.

Driftstone Consulting oversees project initiation, stakeholder collaboration, and the phased delivery of key deliverables such as the Project Charter, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, conceptual design options, and Master Concept Plan Completion. The team coordinates efforts among urban designers, planners, engineers, and community leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and community aspirations. This engagement highlights Driftstone’s ability to navigate complex planning frameworks, balance community-driven objectives with regulatory requirements, and deliver actionable, sustainable outcomes for large-scale development initiatives.
